TOP TEN THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE APPLYING TO BE A VENDOR AT THE BEAUMONT FARMERS MARKET

  1. We follow all Texas Cottage Food Laws. www.texascottagefoodlaw.com

  2. You must be growing or producing what you sell. Sorry, no re-selling will be allowed.

  3. There is currently a waitlist for bakers and bath & beauty product vendors.

  4. There is a $50.00 non-refundable application fee and the weekly stall fee is $15.00.

  5. The Beaumont Farmers Market must be included as “additional insured” on your insurance policy.

  6. You must have a nursery license if you sell flowers, plants, etc. This is required by law. Please review www.texasagriculture.gov.

  7. The Beaumont Farmers Market Board of Directors governs the market and has final authority regarding all matters relating to the market.

  8. All tents and umbrellas used in vendor stalls must be securely weighted down.

  9. It’s the vendor’s responsibility to provide all licenses and permits to the Market Manager before being accepted.

  10. The Beaumont Farmers Market is a community. We encourage our customers and vendors to get to know one another and grow together.

Our market is a food-focused, producers-only market. All farmers and farm products must come within 150 miles of Beaumont, TX.
