Persimmon Bread

  • One stick of butter
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Cup of sugar
  • 1 Cup Persimmon pulp
  • 2 Cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 Cup nuts

Cream together one stick of butter, 3 eggs, cup of sugar and 1 cup persimmon pulp. Blend in 2 cups regular flour, 1/2 tsp baking soda and 1/2 cup nuts. Bake at 350 degrees until fork inserted comes clean.
